Just having a rant about feeling awful today.

I thought this flare wouldn't last long. Usually when I get siatica and feel awful, it goes away in a few days. But the siatica went away, I tested positive for Lupus and thought this must be old news. But here I am 2 month later with new inflammation, suddenly being hit with fatigue in the middle of the day and as a bonus today I got some sort of migraine. Anyone else know if there's a pattern to these?

One of the very worst problems of a recurrent major depressive disorder is to actually _detect_ when you are gliding in to a (more) depressive episode...

And at times, for the last few years, lacking of real life contacts .... it happened to me, when i recognize that i start to give one or more GTFO like or otherwise not emphatic or even respectful response to someone elses thoughts or just actions, posts, comments... younameit (within a short time, like a few days if not even "a day") ...

So .. once again ... i actually missed my fscking fluoxetine/prozac dose for at least three times (days) in a row ..... so .... fsck here we are...

sry.......

Just to tell you ... some #randomshit about #chronic #depression and how you have to deal with that shit.....

A conversation: someone describing all the ways in which #fibromyalgia changed their life, and someone else responding with a cheery "Have you tried giving up all #FODMAPs† yet?" My reply was as follows.

"A friend with fibromyalgia calls this the 'cucumber water' question, as in 'have you tried cucumber water?' Anyone with any #chronic #illness has most likely tried anything you're likely to suggest. Unless they ask you for ideas, sympathy and support are all you should offer."

That was as civil as I could possibly be, and probably more than they deserved. I think there's at least the *possibility* of getting through in this case, which is why I didn't immediately turn green and rip my shirt off.

But having observed in detail the effects of #fibro and other #chronic #diseases on the lives of people I love—

NO. DO NOT.

†Fermentable oligosaccharides, disaccharides, monosaccharides, and polyols ... one or more of which occur in most of the meals most people eat every day. But sure, you should just drastically limit your diet because some stranger on the internet says so.

Hormones are chemical messengers that your cells release to send and receive signals between other cells in your body.
Ghrelin, for example, signals when your body wants you to eat, so it makes you feel 'hungry'. (Subject experts: pls add corrections, ty.)

You may know the hormones called progesterone, testosterone, or estrogen.
Everyone produces these hormones in different amounts, regardless of assigned birth sex, HRT (which cis, trans, AND nonbinary people can use), or felt personal gender.
(IDK best phrasing for respectful, precise clarity with near-zero risk of misinterpretation. Open to suggestion.)

Wait, wait. Menstrual ASTHMA?? Ok, maybe I need to pay more attention.

What's scary is the following re 90% ... 👇

"Around 90% of people with #kidney disease—9 in 10 adults—don’t know they have it. Why? Kidney disease often has no symptoms until its later stages. Many people are also unaware of their risk factors and don’t know when to get tested."

‼️ 90% ‼️

Take a moment to let that sink in.

I was not told that I have #CKD until I was diagnosed with #ESKD three years later in the ER.

"There may be instances where only a single cannabinoid (isolate - as in hemp extract) is needed, but in general, cannabinoids work best together and deliver the entourage effect. Pinene and CBD can mitigate some of THC’s adverse effects on short-term memory. A broad spectrum of cannabinoids is also ideal for treating cancer, as they work synergistically to boost their antitumor properties. Combining cannabinoids and terpenoids ( as in complete spectrum FLOWER) can also improve their usefulness as anti-inflammatories and painkillers."

Friends, lets take care of our bodies and minds too (not only our computers and software). Self-care is a form of resistance in these trying times. Synthetic medication is always a double-edged sword.

I'v been helping my family with this ancestral medicine for almost 6 years now. Let me know if you have any doubts on how to best use it for your condition and metabolism. No sales or distribution.
