In honour of today being #InternationalBearDay (apparently), an entry in the "Canadians are tough!" hall of fame.

Excerpt from a news story:

Great winter working gloves by the way. I get these from a truck driver relative and I hope he keeps bringing more 😁

They're warm, tough and still allow you a reasonable amount of gripping. I can just about undo and re-thread the chainsaw bar nuts wearing them.

When handling wet things, they do eventually soak through, so it's good to have a few pairs in rotation while they dry. Although less so if you put enough grease and oil on them first 😛

A formerly white leather glove. It has some dried brown mud on it from when a car got stuck in said mud. The label is just about readable and says Texxor Art 1154 "Driver" and some safety icons.
