#StashDiveSaturday Sock yarn doesn't REALLY count as stash, right?!
#StashDiveSaturday Sock yarn doesn't REALLY count as stash, right?!
#StashdiveSaturday The gorgeous yellow yarn that RMR Yarn Co. send me, really reminds me of the yellow of canary birds. In Dutch, they're called "kanarie", hence the working title for this sweater project. I really can't describe how rich and bright this color is, in the sun it positively glows!
#StashDiveSaturday I've balled up the yarn from RMR Yarn Co. to knit my swatch. For shawl projects I usually don't swatch, but to get a garment that fits, with a pattern based on my numbers, I really can't get around it
#StashDiveSaturday You may recall that I posted last month that Yax from RMR Yarn Co. asked me if I would also like to design a sweater using their yarn. Well folks, I've received the yarn, and it's absolutely gorgeous. I really can't describe how rich and bright this color is!
#StashDiveSaturday Yax from RMR Yarn Co. send me extra yarn to finish the pink project. With these 2 skeins, I expect it will be possible to also make a matching hat
#StashdiveSaturday Remember that very flat package I showed you last week? It contained, among other things, this lovely sock yarn!
#StashdiveSaturday I recently had to order some new yarn to finish a project, it came in the mail like this. I really love it when yarn stores ship it all vacuumed flat
#StashDiveSaturday It turns out that the Wibra now also sells sock yarn. I think this will make a lovely fine-gauge sweater
#StashDiveSaturday This is the yarn I’ll be using for my Lichfield cardigan! It’s Eden Cottage Yarns Milburn DK in “rust”
#StashDivesaturday A couple of years ago, I bought this yarn in London as souvenir. I bet it will be wonderful for knitting La Rentrée, the new sweater pattern by Sonder Yarn Co.

#StashDivesaturday Remember this orange Ullcentrum Lovikka Wool I bought in Sweden? I worked out a design for it and plan to cast on soon!
#StashDiveSaturday In Helsingborg, Sweden, I also bought this yarn at Garncirkus: Pernilla by Filcolana. This is a fingering weight 100% Wool yarn. I will have to think about what this one will become in time
#StashDiveSaturday In Sweden, I also found yarn in a lovely yarn store in Helsingborg: @Garncirkus. I bought this lovely deep orange Ullcentrum Lovikka Wool. It's a 100% wool bulky weight yarn. I think this one is yearning to be a statement shawl in lace patterning
#StashdiveSaturday Remember this lovely yarn? A colleague is having a baby, she picked green for the hat I’ll be making for them
#StashdiveSaturday This yarn is beckoning me to do something with it. It’s gorgeously soft Alpaca Luxury Socks that I bought as souvenir yarn when I was in Heidelberg, Germany last summer. I’m thinking about a shawl with some mosaic color work. Or perhaps a crescent with a stockinette body and a lace border?
This is the start of my Luminos Tee by Yamagara. I'm knitting both triangles the tee is started with at the same time. This way I can make sure, the tension is identical in both
Recently, I encountered some posts about the Luminos Tee by Yamagara. It has such an interesting construction, that I just have to make one. These are the yarns that I will be using
#StashDiveSaturday Finishing a design, means I get to cast on something new! A couple of years ago, I bought this lovely prune colored 100% camel yarn by Filature du Valgaudemar (@lainesduvalgaudemar). I will be designing a shawl with it!
#StashdiveSaturday Last week I showed you the pink variegated sock yarn that I found at Zeeman. This is the other ball of yarn I bought
#StashdiveSaturday I found sock yarn at Zeeman again! I also bought another ball, I’ll show you that one next week
