Joking aside, roughly 70% of #autism is inherited via the genes. I fear the outcome of #RFK Jr's bogus work will be a lot worse than some dodgy supplement: if he acknowledges genetic heritability then it'll be a nudge towards eugenics (forced sterilisation of #ActuallyAutistic adults?) and, if he doesn't, it'll be a fraudulent excuse to ban life-saving vaccines.

A US department Secretary, all departments, has too much power. They can ORDER, not suggest, and this is just plain wrong.

The CDC won't have to "cave", the staff have to do what they're told or they're out.

Hell, in this environment, the administration could well turn around and lock up people who don't do as they're told for sedition, conspiracy, maybe even treason if the administration thought they could swing it.

Fixing what this administration is screwing up will take decades and, in terms of health, the populace will be paying the price.
