过去一周参加了几位来自美国的TCI教学专家老师们的workshop. 他们风格迥异，但是都充满抗争力量和生命活力。

E老师是位从教48年的老师，是教学评估方向的专家，任职教育咨询集团。她头发全白，平时喜欢玩在沙漠里骑行，背上还要背着她的小狗！
她向我们展示团队的研究，解释在语言学习上，设置不恰当的学习目标和考试，将极大伤害学生的学习能力，令他们越学越差。全部中国老师都非常困惑，因为这就是我们学校教学的日常啊。E老师说：“你们天天这么做，你们的教育体系要求你们这么做，不代表你们就是对的。”

她分享了她个人的求学故事。她来自一个西班牙裔移民国家，但是她小时候不会说西班牙语。在十多岁的时候不想上学，于是在美国各处游历，一共住过48个州。

二十几岁的时候，她决定回到学校，于是去大学学西班牙语。她以极大的热情，投入大量精力来学习这门语言，结果期末考的时候得了个D，原因却是因为提交的作品不符合老师的评价标准。她说：“一个聪明的学生，怀抱着热情，投入极大精力来学习，结果却是个D，这只能说明，这个评价系统有问题！” 于是，她退学了🤣

一年后，她又辗转回到大学学习。

Late in November 2022 a decision was made to pivot from human innovation and engineering to #AI augmentation with the sole aim of reducing costs.

#TCI Fund Management: “cost base of the business is "too high and that management needs to take aggressive action. The company has too many employees and the cost per employee is too high," *

#ChristopherHohn in November ‘22 made that statement € and the matket followed. Sacked engineers from #tech companies through this year will exceed 224,503. ¥

That savings is going to AI investment with one of the aims to drive down the cost of technical #engineering in software, ie: salaries.

Did you read the #TCI letter? Median salary is stated as $300,000.

Its not a wage, its clearly #Extortion by Google.

We are so glad this was an #OpenLetter. We would like to see all co-conspirators earning that #payoff (read: laundered money) to be brought to court for their abuses. Including abuse suppression, censorship, treason.
