So I'm listening to this "pop-punk" playlist on Spotify, and it's cool and all... But why are so many of these younger bands just playing pop rock/easy-listening in the vein of Lit, Savage Garden and Bryan Adams??? Like when did that become pop punk? Like dude I don't wanna sound like in screaming at the clouds, but dang a lot of these kids just don't get what made pop punk , pop punk. Or maybe it's just me
