Anyone else with a public-facing job sometimes look at their online following and go:

"Would you still love me if I was ~a worm~ not working here anymore?"

Especially when you have concurrent private ambitions in #ContentCreation, conference speaking, you name it. It becomes hard to differentiate.

So I was in the shower earlier, and a thought occurred to me. Why do they make cars that are capable of going miles/kilometers faster than most speed limits? What's the point in having a car that'll go 200 mph/kph if you can legally drive that fast pretty much nowhere? Take the average speed limit of a North American Freeway, and maybe put governors on their engines so they can only go 20 or 30 over that average. You can put your foot to the floor and 20 or 30 over the average speed limit is all you're going to get. It would solve a lot of problems that way. #JustAThought

is dumber than

"I lit myself on fire because I was feeling cold"
