Half marathon training
Week 12, run 2/3
I haven't yet fully recovered from the stomach flu. Luckily it only lasted 2 days and now I feel good, but I eat less than usual, mainly carbs. I am still having issues digesting proteins.
Looking at the bright side I lost some weight and I hope I can maintain it 
Today my son's teacher was absent without a replacement, so I took the kid with me for the run. He really enjoyed it! 
@s1m0n4 Glad to read that you are on the mend. I love that your kid is on his bicycle and you are running, was he out in front and were you using him as a pacer? You look well happy, and you should be, that's an excellent run
@robchapman Thanks! My son was following me or riding next to me on larger paths. He loves to watch things around and discuss them with me. It's better to stay behind in order to do that
