I know I did an extra SU at the beginning of videotaping . For some reason I couldn't get the rhythm right

This exercise has been scaled down because last time with 4x20 I almost injured myself.
I'm also happy I didn't scale up . Today they felt much harder

@s1m0n4 Maybe I should change to bicycle crunches too next time. Today and over the last weeks i just did dead bugs as part of my workout.
I tried rope skipping in the past , but trying to do double unders would clearly be worth starting a video and result in getting viral on YT.
@ubo If I showed you my first attempts at DUs you would laugh too !
Dead bugs are a great exercise, but for reasons I don't entirely understand I find it quite boring.
@s1m0n4 I only saw DBs as a start so that the old man's core muscles should come back. But now you've awakened my ambition.
