I took the #TOPIK 1 exam on October 12. Results are supposed to be on https://www.topik.go.kr starting from today.
Obviously the website is down, because everyone who took the test around the world is eager to find out the outcome, after waiting for 1½ months
Apparently the admins didn't see this coming 
The website is still unreachable 
I will never know how I did!

@s1m0n4 Are the levels based on how well you did, not which course or test you took?
@emmaaum yes. A score > 79 is required for level 1 and a score > 139 for level 2.
I took an online course for 1 year and 5 months, then I prepared for the Topik 1 for 1 month. I bought a book with mock exams.
@s1m0n4 You smashed it then :) 155 is well above 139. Congrats again :)
