17-19: Kid is fine, roll for yourself

Once the encounter is over, take a long rest, go back to work for 2 days, then roll again.

I have somewhat good news and bad news... the seasonal illnesses slow down later in elementary school...but teenagerdom has it's own surprises - step, mono, sports injuries, etc.
