CM30<p>For this <a href="https://ohai.social/tags/ThrowbackThursday" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>ThrowbackThursday</span></a>, we’ve got <a href="https://ohai.social/tags/WarioWorld" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>WarioWorld</span></a>, which released in Europe on this day 21 years ago.</p><p>This was Wario’s first and only foray into 3D platforming, and a bizarre game even by that series’ standards. Perhaps due to being made by Treasure, it seemed less like a platformer and more like a series of wacky boss fights with light platforming in between.</p><p>Will Wario ever get a game like this again?</p>
