About today. Hiking tour in Valais to one of the most beautiful (and often little-known) villages in Switzerland.
Yesterday I hiked up this mountain in the foreground - because it amazed me when I took this image last year.
But to be honest, the paths on the right flank are laid out in a totally strange way and are neither purposeful nor varied. More of a mountain to look at than to run up. 
Good morning. It's very early for getting up on a weekend. But mountains are calling. Or should I say the gorge. Will be hiking in my chosen home regions - Lower Valais.
