Thrasher In A Tangle by Debra Martz
This Long-billed Thrasher seemed to be in a tangle of branches, limbs, and berries! I wondered how on earth it landed among all this. It was happily perched and singing its song of a jumble of tunes.

I unsubscribed from #Tangle the other day, and was going to explain why, but I couldn't explain it to myself. But now I think I know the reason. In their efforts to achieve balance - their shtick is to present arguments from the left and the right, and then Saul gives his "take" that ends up somewhere in the middle - they end up repeatedly justifying positions on the right based upon the effects their actions took, while ignoring the core reasons why those actions were taken. They might e.g. mention the money saved from government cuts, or the prospects for peace in the Ukraine. Never are the glaring conflicts of interest or the base cruelty pointed out. It's like Tr could stab Biden in the throat, take his wallet, and appropriate all his holdings as his own, and Saul would talk about the sad loss of life, but hey look how the blood has fertilized the soil and think about all of the lovely flowers that are going to grow there now. And we all love flowers right?

A round tile, and my first prestrung tile. These have a string printed on them. That makes it easier to make a symmetrical drawing on these
tiles. This one is unusual, as the central flower has 9 petals. Coloring was done with ink and gel pen. I love the result, and I love the colors. The patterns were : Fescu, Cyme, Tipple, and Doodah.
In this tile I used a string I dreamed of. As I usually don't remember my dreams I had to do tiles with this string. Here I used patterns Moon Pie, Tipple, Doodah, Knightsbridge, Munchin, Printemps and Ambler, plus Fragments F 25 and H21.
This is a home-made tile cut from one of the envelopes that Amazon uses. The inside is unprinted, and can be used for art practice.
The patterns I used are Ennies, Cubine, Narfello, and Rain.

This is my new bookmark for my Tangle-A-Day Calendar. I made it from an old envelope by cutting off a corner. The tangles are Farras Flower (brand new tangle by Sarah on Insta), Mooka, Zinger and Tipple.
From a prompt of a FB Group: draw a "hole" in the night sky with watercolor and tangle inside the hole. Patterns used are Siros and Well. Used watercolor in Prussian blue and gold, used a paint pen for the stars.
