Chip Roy (TX-21) in the 119th Congress that would require all Americans to show either their passport or birth certificate in order to register to vote – no other IDs would be acceptable. Student IDs, Drivers Licenses, Military IDs, and more would no longer be valid proof to cast your vote in our democratic system. With roughly 150,000,000 Americans without a passport and many more without proper access to their birth certificate, this could be one of the most destructive voter suppression bills in modern history. 69 million women lack a birth certificate that matches their current legal name, creating additional barriers. Elderly Americans are the least likely to have a passport or immediate access to their birth certificate. In 7 states, less than one-third of citizens have a valid passport. That’s why we’re calling you to action. Will you write to your members of Congress and encourage them to oppose the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act today?

This time, it's a state Supreme Court seat in Wisconsin, and he’s doing it with cold, hard cash. Just days before voters head to the polls, Musk's PAC plans to award $1 million each to two Wisconsin voters. His goal? Tipping the scales in favor of the Trump-backed candidate, Brad Schimel. This isn’t just unethical. It’s almost certainly criminal. Under Wisconsin law, it’s a felony to offer or give anything of value to induce someone to vote or not vote. Musk’s electric car company, Tesla, has a lawsuit that could soon be heard by this very court. His $1 million "lottery" could directly impact a case where he has a financial stake. And yet, while Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul sued in an attempt to stop it from happening, he hasn't launched a criminal investigation with the intention to prosecute for what’s already happened. At least, not yet. What is he waiting for? If he doesn’t act now, this won’t just be one corrupt election. It’ll be the new blueprint for every race to come.
