... And #Dinner was a nice #SundayRoast duck!
But 1st sauteed up the liver (salt, lightly dusted w cornstarch), bit of butter to finish and deglaze with sake & touch of soy for pan sauce - appetizer for kid.
We did have duck for (belated) New Year dinner* that reminded would be good to have more often. Had seasoned the duck yesterday, so it was nice and ready. 2 hrs at 350, rested and carved it up (I could use a bit more practice)
