Soup Sunday accomplished! This week we had Potato Gnocchi Beef Stew. It took a bit longer than usual, but it was worth it. I think there's a bit too much tomato flavor and not enough beef flavor. I'll add beef bouillon next time to enhance it. Overall still very tasty. Perfect for all this snow and ice. Nice and warm! I give this stew an 8 out of 10.
