There are multiple recordings of Stan Getz and Astrid Gilberto performing ‘It Might As Well Be Spring.” I haven’t found a studio recording (that uses this intro, but maybe a TV or radio appearance has it, perhaps more than one, using the opening motif based on this birds song.
This is the birb. A white throated Sparrow. I never can remember what bird. Tough search. I just heard it, identified it with the Merlin Bird ID app from Cornell.

I love this lil bird. Likely an offspring of #TristanSparrow who used to come here and hang around me for nuts n seeds every day.
Common birds in my area, but that doesn't make them any less beautiful!
