One area needing some help is the #loft (#attic which only has a few old suitcases, a bag and a roll of carpet, assuming that’s what it is, but between us we could do with someone better at lifting them up and down the #ladder while being more stable on the ladder. We also can’t now get the ladder back up. It’s attached to the hatch, folds up and needs to be pushed up with its stick and then swung inside. It’s still dangling halfway down. We can walk around it 🤷🏻‍♀️

I just made a ceiling light made entirely from recycled materials. It's rustic, powerful, and can stand on its own in industrial/loft or steampunk environments. I recommend it for game rooms, wine cellars and other design rooms used by men!
Materials used: champagne bottle, various old metal parts, chains, others.

The electrical system is standard 230V. The bulb is GU10/4W 6000K, 320lm led. Acrylic-painted surface with an artificially abrasive effect.

I've been recommending a lot of Japanese artists recently and wanted to broaden my aural horizons.

Today's #soundtrack is 大理石のファンタッ一 (marble fantasy) by haircuts for men.

Warm experimental lounge music from the jazz school of thinking. I imagine a group of skilled jazz musicians getting together for a jam in a NY loft, and this album is what they created.

Perfect background music for reading and chores.
