@DavidGoldfield Here's my update from early this morning. I deleted the #Instacart app, reinstalled it and got through log in just fine then it crashed again. I never heard anything from them on X and when I called I got their voice prompts, chose English, got one long ring and then silence. I have no clue what's going on here. Maybe it’s time to mention the big guns @ACBNational and @nationsblind @AccessOn who all have #Accessibility initiatives. Perhaps they can make more headway than I did. #InstacartAppCrashing
Some of our friends are reporting to us that version 8.61.0 of the #Instacart app is crashing as soon as, or not long after people try to load it with or without #VoiceOver in the mix. If you can reproduce this issue please join us in bringing it to the attention of #Instacart via their handle on Twitter or via email or customer support via phone. Here's hoping this gets addressed swiftly.
Last night, I did a #Instacart order for my friend. He wanted two boxes of K cup coffee pods. In the bag with them was a car cigarette lighter adaptor that can be used to charge a phone. Oh well, finders keepers losers weepers. Talk about a useless bonus for blind folks though. Oh well, I guess somewhere someone's phone is not gonna be charging their phone/tablet while they drive today.

Today was no exception, except the foam bath I bought leaked all over the plastic bag she'd put it in.
Did I give her a low rating?
No.
I kept it at 5 and sent her a polite note as a heads up.
It's a thankless, poor paying, stressful job and if they get below 5, it affects their shopping opportunities.

This is is the second order that Instacart had delivered to a completely different address. When I contact support, they say that it was my fault for not tracking the order. And I said I was but I was never notified or contacted. I will not use it again. #Instacart #Fraud
