Here is the full story of Pelosi's behavior the last two impeachments. As you can see, at every step, she was trying to stop impeachment, using extremely aggressive tactics to do so.

It's a total misread of Dems to think their leadership desperately wants this but is running into roadblocks.

MIRA has lost almost 75% of their funding for their citizenship clinics due to being robbed of their federal funding. Please consider donating if you can.

At this time it is even more critical than ever that people get the support they need to become US citizens.

Three actions anyone can take RIGHT NOW if they do not already have an action they are taking to support folks targeted by ICE:

1. Donate or volunteer with LUCE Massachusetts at www.lucemass.org

2. Program the LUCE Massachusetts phone number into your contacts and favorite it so you can quickly call them if you see ICE agents in your community

Number of the LUCE Mass hotline: 617-370-5023

3. Get some Know Your Rights materials to send to your friends and neighbors.

You can get Red Cards and Know Your Rights materials here:

www.ilrc.orgRed Cards / Tarjetas Rojas | Immigrant Legal Resource Center | ILRCAll people in the United States, regardless of immigration status, have certain rights and protections under the U.S. Constitution. The ILRC’s Red Cards help people assert their rights and defend themselves in many situations, such as when ICE agents go to a home. Special thanks to our many partners who contributed translations in the various languages now available, making these red cards accessible to more individuals.

Can we please stop referring to what trump is doing as “deportations”? Deportation involves due process. The Supreme Court (not the current one, who knows how they’ll butcher it once they have the chance) established that constitutional protections (including due process) apply to everyone in the US, no matter immigration status. I am not a lawyer or constitutional scholar, but this seems pretty clear.
