Mark Saltveit<p>Specifically, the software is ImageJ, created for the US National Institutes of Health, and the Color Transformer plugin by Maria E. Barilla. She has since upgraded that to Color Transormer 2, presumably a better choice.</p><p>RetroReveal was mostly used by stamp collectors to work with cancellation stamps; there might be ways to do this better suited to medieval scribes' ink and parchment. <a href="https://mastodonapp.uk/tags/histodons" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>histodons</span></a> <a href="https://mastodonapp.uk/tags/palaeography" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>palaeography</span></a> <a href="https://mastodonapp.uk/tags/codicology" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>codicology</span></a></p>
