Good morning tooters. A lovely cool night last night. It’s around 18c right now & we’re heading to just 24c and an absolutely beautiful day.
I changed my sheets yesterday & put the electric blanket back on, not that it’s plugged in yet, but it has a removable fleece top on it & it’s a little extra comfort & warmth as it cools down. So I was very snug sleeping last night. Nighttime temps are dropping below 10c this week , so the light blanket might be coming off & the medium quilt going on. Love this time in the change of seasons.
I’m meeting my daughter & grandson for a walk in the gardens after school drop of this morning, we haven’t been able to do that for a few weeks now so I’m looking forward to it. I’d like to take her on one of my river walks but it would be a bit much for master 3’s little legs . I will be mowing my lawns this afternoon. I’d prefer to have a swim, but the lawns really need doing, so swimming tomorrow instead.
