Jens ‘twinkelicious’ 📸EN: The Hof, a small triangular square in the heart of Aachen, is known for its cafés and pubs. It is also home to the Roman portico, the remains of a columned hall from Aachen's Roman past. If you're lucky, you might catch this view through one of the arches. In the background, Aachen Cathedral rises above the rooftops between the columns. DE: Der Hof, ein kleiner dreieckiger Platz im Herzen Aachens, ist bekannt für seine Cafés und Kneipen. Hier steht auch der römische Portikus, der Rest einer Säulenhalle aus der römischen Vergangenheit Aachens.
