450 GIORNI SOBRIA!

Non uso 'droghe" illegali o farmaci "da abuso" da ormai oltre un decennio, e non tocco alcol da un anno e 3 mesi circa.
Da 9 mesi sono anche passata alla sigaretta elettronica a liquido.
E sto cercando di abbracciare uno stile di vita più salutare a 360 gradi.

Ok I'm making a new intro post to try to find more of "my" people out here.

I like the #indieweb, #aquarium keeping, #printmaking and other #art, I'm in #arteducation in various capacities (higher ed, hospitals, schools), force-free #dogtraining and #americanhistory (esp the #civilwar).

On Tuesday it will be my one year mark of banning alcohol from my life. Today I deleted the "consumed alcohol" question from my Whoop morning journal. Could've done that a year ago 🤷. And yes, looking at the data was what made me quit alcohol. #sober #alcoholispoison #datascience

After buying a new PC and switching to #linux I've toyed with the idea of migrating the whole family to linux.

Switched the 13-year-old over the other day, and today I finished migrating my old desktop for the 10-year-old.

I'm not saying it's problem free, it definitely helps if you enjoy the process of getting everything right, but it's absolutely doable.

Shoutout to #Steam and #Sober for making it easy peasy to game on linux, even Roblox!
