New citizens walk out smiling and excited and are eager to <a href="https://masto.ai/tags/registertovote" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#registertovote</a>. Their enthusiasm is contagious. COVID significantly reduced the ceremonies and now many only distribute forms to be completed and mailed later. I miss it.
