Michelle Lujan Grisham signed New Mexico's "Second Chance" bill into law last night, prohibiting life sentences without a possibility of parole for people convicted as juveniles. <a href="https://journa.host/tags/nmleg" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#nmleg</a> It allows them, after serving required lengths of time based on their convictions, the right to make a case for parole.
