Qd on te contacte car un #PC vieux de 8ans, rame furieusement sous #microsoft #windows pour faire de la simple bureautique ; tu le bascules sur #Gnu #Linux #Mageia, et miraculeusement il retrouve sa prime jeunesse. Là, tu te dis qu'en ces temps de restrictions budgétaires, si les collectivités (#communes #departement #metropole #region) faisaient comme la #gendarmerie avec #GendBuntu, on ferait de grosses économies, au - de matériel ! Et je ne parle pas de l'impact sur la formation des élèves...

@isotopp und genau aus diesem Grund - einer von vielen - sollte #CCSS (Kommerzielle Closed-Source Software) in #Behörden und besonders #KRITIS ausnahmslos verboten werden, da diese "Unsicher in jeder Konfiguration sind"...

Grubt nen Grund warum #NORAD sich ihr eigenes BusyBox / #Linux gebaut haben und auch in Frankreich die dortige Gendarmerie Nationale sich ne eigene Distro (#Gendbuntu) zusammengesetzt haben...

#FLOSS schafft durch #Transparenz entsprechende #Sicherheit und erlaubt es #Schadcode im Zweifelsfalle systematisch auszuschließen und auszumerzen!
