PC<p>As a reminder, there are people in this world who don’t wake up in the middle of every night with traumatic memories.</p><p>But if you are somebody who does, there’s really good <a href="https://mas.to/tags/trauma" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>trauma</span></a> treatment these days. Techniques like <a href="https://mas.to/tags/EMDR" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>EMDR</span></a> and learning about <a href="https://mas.to/tags/EmotionalDysregulation" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>EmotionalDysregulation</span></a> are very effective.</p><p>My sage advice is to believe in yourself and your beliefs and always keep good people around you who treat you nicely. If you are in an unhappy place, remember to keep your chin up and keep trying.</p>
