Dear media, if there are no plans to ever let anyone out of a prison, then it is not a prison, it is a death camp.
What I can't stop thinking about is how the Nazis had to build their own death camps, but apparently that is now something you can just buy as an on-demand service.
To me the worst part of the first #Trump presidency was when they kidnapped children from their families and put them in cages in an abandoned Walmart. It only took this administration two months to get to the same level of stomach-churning evil with this salvadoran death camp.

@grrlscientist Someone put the label on it, anyway, yes, it's one of El Salvador's prison camps, in fact the biggest one, officially named CECOT, Centro de Confinamiento del Terrorismo. Nowadays you label anything with terrorism to justify whatever action the oppressors wish to do, it's disgusting.

When you are put in prison in El Salvador, you do not have rights for people to visit you, almost no right to even get a lawyer.
The only person, you can get permission to get into #CECOT is President Bukele. Any journalist who goes has these mixed feelings, because they know that they are being used by the Bukele administration to put images out there that put fear in a lot of people.
