No hate speech or discriminatory behavior

We do not tolerate discriminatory behavior and content promoting or advocating the oppression of members of marginalized groups, (violent) nationalist propaganda, Nazi symbolism or promoting the ideology of National Socialism.
No harassment, stalking or doxxing

We do not tolerate threatening behavior, stalking, doxxing, or harassment (including brigading, dogpiling, or any other form of contact with a user who has stated that they do not wish to be contacted).
No business accounts

ohai.social is a non-profit service for people, not businesses. If you want to create an account for your company, please choose a different Mastodon server. Non-profit NGOs are fine. You are allowed to occasionally advertise stuff you are selling on your personal account as long as you have made it yourself (e.g. art prints or things of that nature), but it should not be the main focus of the account.
Explicit content must be appropriately marked

All explicit (NSFW) content must be marked as sensitive and have a content warning. Explicit content must not be used in user avatars or header images.
No content that is illegal in Germany

Content that is illegal in Germany will be deleted and may lead to immediate account suspension.
